Reservations at the Hotel can now be made at the special rate of £59.00 per person per night (for Friday and Saturday) including dinner, bed and breakfast by quoting "Bridge Congress" when booking. To avoid the disappointment of not getting in the hotel (which happened to quite a few players in 2009), we strongly recommend you book early, and definitely before December 31st 2009 when the hotel will release rooms held for the Congress that have not been taken.

Congress Information
With the exception of the Newcomers Pairs on Friday afternoon, competitors must be members of the EBU or another recognised bridge union.
The Directors reserve the right to change the format of the competition if necessary.
Tea/coffee during Friday and Saturday afternoon sessions is included in the entry fee.
Meals in the dining room:
If non-residents require dinner on Friday and/or Saturday evening, and lunch on Sunday, please be sure to complete the appropriate section of the entry form. Dinners are three courses plus tea/coffee; lunch is a two course meal - carvery plus desert plus tea/coffee. Sandwiches and snacks are available at the bar on the day. Only food and drink provided by the hotel may be consumed on the premises.
